APL 1-2-1 Consultancy
APL provides a consultancy service to address any critical issues which may be resolved through Six Sigma techniques. This gives you immediate access to Blackbelt expertise.
Typically, issues are solved within thirteen consultancy days which, due to the technical nature of the projects, usually results in a solution within a 2-3 month timescale.
We prefer to train your people in Six Sigma and Lean techniques, and then provide mentoring support if required. This provides you, and your team with a skill that can be used time and again. However, if an issue is critical, we are happy to adopt a consultancy approach.
