Paul Cottingham BSc MBA
Paul is an experienced and qualified professional in the areas of strategic performance, operations and quality management and consultancy. He demonstrates a proven track record of achievements with many clients extending across private, public and academic sectors.
Paul is able to demonstrate an impressive history of continuous improvement knowledge and application, Lean Coach experience and is a Six Sigma Blackbelt. He has operated as a European Six Sigma deployment champion and currently holds a lead role in deploying service improvement programmes across NHS Wales. He complements his wide experience with specialist training, facilitation and coaching skills, delivered at all levels.
Kevin Davenport (FIMLS, Dip Sup Mgt)
Kevin is an experienced professional with proven internal and external consultancy skills. He has delivered numerous project improvements in a wide range of companies in the UK and Europe.
In his role as a Master Black Belt, has demonstrated his capability by delivering over £3 million savings in one year. Has trained in excess of 100 black and green belts. Has mentored more than 50 belts through their projects to corporate certification.
Kevin has several years’ experience in the diagnostic healthcare business. A highly regulated industry, his role requires compliance with U.S. FDA and cGMP regulations. In this difficult environment he has obtained a depth of knowledge of the use of investigation techniques to overcome problems; this skills have since been successfully transferred to numerous other sectors and situations; both production and transactional.
